Distance Sales Agreement

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between the buyer (customer) who places an order through the PrintFlow TR platform and the seller (producer/designer) who produces and ships the order, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The platform is a software/service provider that is not a party to the agreement and that records the process.

The purchase of the platform's own subscription plans (Pro, Pro Plus, 3D Designer and credit packages) by card is outside the scope of this text; such sales are governed by the “Distance Sales Agreement (Platform Subscription)” and the “Service Agreement”.

1. Parties and subject

The agreement is between the producer (seller) of the ordered product/service and the customer (buyer). The platform is not a direct party to the production, pricing, delivery and after-sales processes, but records the process. The seller (producer) is responsible for the production, quality, defective goods, delivery, shipping, compliance with consumer legislation, tax obligations (including invoice/e-archive/e-SMM) and return processes of the product.

The name, quantity, price, taxes and delivery details of the ordered product/service appear in the order confirmation and invoice. Contact: [email protected]

2. Order and payment

Before ordering, the buyer is informed about the essential characteristics, total price and delivery conditions of the product/service. A confirmed order is put into production after payment is collected. Payment is made directly between the producer and the buyer by one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer/EFT.
  • The producer's own payment link.
  • Payment is directly between the producer and the buyer; the platform does not receive payments, does not hold funds and is not a party to the payment.

3. Delivery

The product is shipped to the delivery address specified in the order. The delivery obligation belongs to the seller (producer). Estimated production and delivery times are stated on the product page and/or in the quote; they are estimates, not commitments. The platform cannot be held liable for force majeure or carrier-related delays.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

The right of withdrawal and return conditions are governed by the "Cancellation and Returns (Right of Withdrawal)" document. For custom-made products (prepared in line with the buyer's requests), the right of withdrawal may not apply; see the relevant document for details.

5. Disputes and jurisdiction

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. The buyer may apply to the arbitration committee within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
